Learning: In this role I am learning about types of trades and pricing strategies undertaken in agricommodities, risk and reporting measures actually used by companies, project management and CTRM software design

Doing: I am the main consultant for one of our larger clients at JustCommodity. The client is a multi-commodity international trading firm. I work with their Trade Control and Business Processes teams to design software that will enable the company to use its own live data from across the globe in analysing business trends, price curves, risk measures, arbitrade opportunities, employee performance and lots more.

I work together with my clients to create reports, business intelligence tools, new processes that streamline data entry and monitoring, and alignment of new markets or products into the current business model

Doing: Management of and consulting experience with team of 4 associates for a project to develop alternative energy business for a global energy multinational into one of the top 5 suppliers of solar panels within the next 10 years.

Delegated research and valuation assignments to colleagues, oversaw the work in progress and helped to put together the strategy and valuation components for the final presentation to the top management at the company.
