To plan, organize, and integrate cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact.
Coordinate the work of other IT professionals and administrative staff to produce and implement new IT technologies for the customers. The core elements are about organizing people and time resources, and seeing the project through from inception to completion. Having ultimate responsibility for meeting the business’s or client’s needs.
Primary tasks and responsibilities:
+ Creation and integration of IT process and procedures.
+ Pre-Sales and design of the customer needs, mostly based on virtual environments and administrative services.
+ Coordination and planning the project for the full integration between systems engineers, sales personal and administrative staff.
+ Installation and configuration of IT infrastructure based on:
- Software Defined Data Centers (SDDC) with VMware.
- ADDS Windows Server.
- Perimeter Security.
+ Project completion documentation.
+ Monitoring and maintaining the deployed infrastructure.
+ Post-Sales tasks such as:
- Quality surveys.
- Support coordination.
- New opportunities.
