Operations Support Coordinator

- Apply charges to student accounts for uniforms, athletics, damages, etc. for two campuses
- Take student fees and cafeteria money, receipt, apply payments to student accounts, and make daily deposits
- Acted as back up receptionist for Year 1 at CHA- West
- Maintain/create roughly 50 vendor and contractor contracts/relationships
- Contact vendors/contractors as needed to schedule repairs on buildings (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
- Conduct monthly facilities meetings with custodial vendor to work out any issues and to discuss upcoming needs
- Respond to faculty/staff facilities needs in a timely manner to resolve any concerns/issues in their rooms
- Plan the summer repairs and cleanings in June, prior to students’ Summer Break to get as much done during July as possible
- Managed staff in rolling lockers over to new combinations over Summer Break
- Organize,manage and sign out keys for both campuses
- Work with general contractor on various warranty and punch list items for CHA- West during Year 1
- Write RFPs and made other requests for quotes on projects ranging from replacing broken exterior lights to replacing the gym floor at CHA- S
- Assisted in ordering uniforms and distributing to students
- Perform essential duties associated with start-up of new campus, CHA- West and DORS- West
- Sponsored the Board Game Club during Spring 2015, comprised of 16 students
- Led Garden Club Fall 2015, numbering 15 students
- Support staffs of three schools (CHA- South, West, Christel House DORS- South)
- Help edit and write monthly school newsletter, letters to parents, and other documents distributed within and outside of the organization
- Acted as primary contact for bus drivers
- Work with IMPD to schedule officers for daily student drop-off/pick-up at the start of the academic year
- Worked with KIB and other local organizations to organize and complete Eli Lilly Day of Service projects of 200-300 volunteers
- Certified as Indiana State School Safety Specialist
