• Playing a key role in assisting LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate Customers
• Analyze and understand LinkedIn Recruiter clients and their business, answering all product inquiries and questions.
• Document all communication with users and accounts accurately and in a timely manner via our support tools (SFDC and OSC)
• Ensure that all issues are escalated as needed to appropriate internal departments and management.
• Follow all product updates and educate our corporate clients accordingly.
• Proactively recommend and educate customer about features, benefit of products and product updates.
• Additional support for provisioning – assist co-workers, account managers internally
• Owner of EMEA E-Learning for LinkedIn Recruiter Certification and LinkedIn Learning Center.
