DNA Dynamics


- The set up, running and management of a small mobile game development team

- Reported to the EMEAA Managing Director with marketing responsibility for PAL territories (EMEAA, Russia and Japan) for SouthPeak’s titles across major platforms (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, Sony PSP and iPhone)

- Ran a team of five covering Product and Brand management along with PR and partner management

- Directed marketing and PR activities with distribution partners across 18 territories

- Media planning and booking across all media including TV, Online and print with a major focus on console platforms (Xbox Live and PSN) along with social networking sites including YouTube and Facebook

Senior Product Marketing Manager

- Reported to the Director of Marketing; managed overall responsibility for the entire Global Product Marketing team for all global consumer brands, products & services.

- Overall responsibility of the entire Global Product Marketing team within Codemasters Online consisting of Product / Brand Management teams structured to maximize the acquisition and retention of customers to Codemasters online gaming services.

- Actively involved within the PR and Business Development areas of the division including crafting press releases, dealing with agencies, partner management, etc

- Spearheaded the successful launches of four massive hit online gaming services into the marketplace including the Global No 1 best seller title “The Lord of the Rings Online”.

- Formulated & executed the entire global marketing strategy for the acquisition and retention of customers to the ongoing The Lord of the Rings Online MMORPG service in Europe.

- Global responsibility for the co-ordination and communication with 6 major territory offices and leading global distribution partners spanning 30+ countries.


Typhoon Games

European Sales and Marketing Manager

- Working on a short term contract with Typhoon Games I was charged with bringing a number of their games and services to Europe.

- Sourcing of European distribution partners or a network of partners for several self funded new titles

- Tasked with looking at the demand and to find partners for Typhoons MMO and Online games and franchises specifically: Hello Kitty Online,, Digital Fairy and Evernight

- To find co/sub publishing partners for several third party games for release in Europe, Eastern Block and North America

- To represent and promote Typhoons sister company, outsourcing agency DreamCortex to developers, publishers, mobile operators and content providers

Director of Sales and Marketing

- Focused on the acquisition and retention of subscribers to Time of Defiance, an MMO RTS developed in-house.

- Execution of several small scale Above the Line and Through the Line marketing campaigns for the digital download of the games skinny client

- Responsible for game and corporate PR activities including press relations, writing press releases, etc

- Oversaw licensing agreements for the retail version of the game in Europe and North American

- Instrumental in the expansion of the digital client subscriber base and the sale of the game into the Asia / Pacific region
