Interpersonal: Worked with Lime Connect partner companies (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Google, Unilever) to educate my university campus on the value of high-potential candidates with disabilities.

Advocate: Spoke on greater workplace diversity and encouraged partner firms to hire people with disabilities not to fill a quota, but to fill the estimated 20 million worker gap that will ultimately impact GDP, American innovation, and our way of life unless we partner with the disabled community.
