Functioning as a business partner, provide generalist support and guidance in the areas of staffing and recruitment, employee relations, HRIS management, and affirmative action for a health care quality improvement and assessment consulting firm.
- Provide full cycle recruitment (e.g., job description development/review, compensation review, advertising, reference checks/employment verifications, etc.) in response to staff openings and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Develop and coach managers in employee disciplinary matters. Review and/or draft disciplinary documentation. Conduct investigations as appropriate.
- HRIS management. Led system conversion from ABRA to Deltek Costpoint. Conduct HRIS maintenance (data auditing and cleaning, system modifications and upgrades, etc.) Develop, design and generate H.R. reports/analyses based on departmental and client needs utilitizing COGNOS Impromptu.
- Function as Affirmative Action Coordinator; maintain applicant tracking log, develop yearly EEO/Affirmative Action Plan and respond to contract and government requests for EEO-1, VETS 100 and other related reporting.
