Manages various programs focused on building a mentoring culture, maintaining and engaging the network's talent pipeline, and building the career management portfolio for United Way.
Engages the network by creating and editing communication materials (newsletters, brochures, user guides, etc.), crafting and maintaining intranet content, encouraging community of practice, and creating/hosting webinars.
