As Lead Supervisor it was my responsibility to secure a safe and pleasant shopping experience by providing customer service to guest, mediating between mall tenants and clients. I also was responsible for the training, scheduling, payroll and up keep of the 16 officers under my care as well as the patrol vehicle. I reviewed and submitted all reports, conducted interviews, completion of the hiring process including performing drug screening. My office duties also included handling all outbound/inbound calls, dispatch, filing, and inventory off uniforms.
