Play a leadership role in assisting in the overall management and oversight of the daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, of a 104-room select-service Ramada property with 1,000-square-foot meeting space in line with company standards. Manage the development, implementation, and administration of all front desk staff training and development programs. Facilitate and support succession planning, talent management, and mentoring processes to ensure employees are developed to meet current and future organizational needs. Develop innovative and progressive employee learning practices that support the organization expectation to strengthen employee engagement and the guest experience. Handle task scheduling, labor cost controls, and disciplinary procedures, and accomplish tasks of the general manager during his absence.
