I am responsible for performing a variety of human resources administrative and support duties. This position is exposed to highly confidential information and as such is expected to maintain confidentiality at all levels, in all instances.
Compile and keep personnel records. Input data into HR System. Compile reports from employment records. File employment records. Search employee files and furnish information to authorized persons.
A more detailed example of what my responsibilities are;
1. Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and benefits.
2.Process and review resumes and employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants to be forwarded to appropriate hiring manager.
3. Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities.
