Provided leadership and influence for development of Mobile application that is now utilized by over 300,000 users. Presented the solution at numerous User Groups and trade shows, helping provide thought leadership on the trends of Mobility in Human Resources and beyond.
Led development of a hosted web-based time and attendance system, servicing approximately 20,000 clients with sales of over $250 million. Great familiarity with complete product life cycle process including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, QA, and release. Experienced in both traditional waterfall methods and agile processes. Very familiar with technologies such as AJAX, .NET Framework, Web Services and Oracle as a holistic architectural implementation.
Initiated $500,000 reduction in costs for hardware repairs by creating troubleshooting tools, educational programs and monitoring systems in partnership with a business partner.
