* Assist Senior Manager in charge in implementing global on boarding project, include and not limited to: program design and curriculum, standard operating procedure, on boarding kit, communication, events, etc
* Act as Global Mobility Specialist and as second point of contact for global mobility matters which include development of contract, negotiation on remuneration and relocation assistance
