On-Site Night Manager

•Interacting with client’s, managers , supervisors and leads to determine and to ensure that production temporary needs have been met.
•Checking daily production schedule for any changes to temporary employee's positioning.
•Updating any changes to temporary needs on the schedule.
•Communicating with all leads, supervisors, and managers to get specific information and gain knowlage of all area's on production floor.
•Daily swing and graveyard check in's.
•Reviewing and entering daily applications, screens and conducting job interviews with applicants.
•Matching qualified candidates to specific job, and provides permanent and temporary placement of qualified candidates for required job assignments.
•Conducting orientations for new hires, including drug testing, background checks, and Everify.
• Tracking and recording temporary employee's alchemy, production and GMP training.
• Counciling current temp employee's for attendance, performance and safety issues, and GMP's.
•Awnsering telephone, Emails, and Voicemail for all managers, employee's and coworkers in the offsite office.
•Saftey training and managing Safety Programs.
