My Job Duties:

Reporting to the country Manager

1. Manage client basket and build strong and lasting relationships with contacts.
2. Enlarge client basket by approaching subsidiaries/group companies of client.
3. Contacts existing clients quarterly to follow up on new retrievals to take place.
4. Co-ordinate with clients and arrange quarterly/bi-annual/annual invoice retrievals.
5. Do on-site invoice retrievals, audit foreign payment and foreign travel expense files and reports
6. Drive to and from clients offices.
7. Travel periodically to destinations as required by Country Manager.
8. Arrange self-retrievals, communicate requirements and arrange couriers if necessary.
9. Ensure all required documentation is obtained from client in correctly completed format within
specified time-frame.
13. Stay up to date with VAT laws and training materials provided by training department.
14. Liaise with third parties such as freight agents or suppliers regarding invoices for complicated claims
such as Import VAT, Aviation VAT, Mineral Oil Tax etc.

Co-ordination with Processing Department

1. Respond to requests for documents or information from clients from processing department.
2. Transmit claim packs in correct format to processing department.
3. Correspond with Operations Director regarding claims and complicated issues.
4. Identify new areas of business for UTTR. New type of tax charged etc. communicate to Ops Director.
5. Transmit requested documents to processing department in specified time-frame.
6. Follow up with processing department on status of claims.
