Subject matter expert on Inclusion initiatives specifically in the areas of strategic workforce planning, AAP/EEO, Employee Resource Groups, and Diversity Branding. Provide strategic advise and consult with senior leaders and HR partners to develop and integrate diversity initiatives into all business practices and processes.
◆ Developed and implemented Diversity branding initiative aimed at increasing Schwab’s brand visibility with diverse talent pools. Result includes key recognitions by national diversity publications like G.I Jobs Magazine, U.S. Vets Magazine, Diversity Journal Magazine and Latino Magazine.
◆ Led Latino outreach strategy and created partnerships with community and professional organizations. Focused on strategic relationships, project management, and event production to enable recruitment of Latino talent and clients in the San Francisco Bay Area while creating brand awareness and eminence.
◆ Managed development, communication, and implementation of Affirmative Action Plans. Develop and communicate strategic workforce plans to embed diversity and inclusion agenda in all aspects of the talent management cycle.
◆ Led change management process in response to new VEVRAA and Disability Regulations.
