As the HR Engagement partner, my primary focus is to partner with leadership to create a culture and environment that supports business success and strong internal client engagement. Through planning, developing, and facilitating the implementation of programs and strategies, I serve as a pivotal component in fostering and sustaining a culture of exemplary employee engagement.
As an HR employee relations site lead, I empower senior leaders through providing partnership based recommendations on areas of engagement deficiency and employee satisfaction concerns; devising and implementing action plans to address said deficiencies.
Additionally, I serve as the lead HR Engagement Partner for an excess of 1,000 internal clients, which includes new employee orientation, analyzing both stay and exit interviews, managing intranet content and the corporate wellness program, and attending regional job fairs as an agent representative of company values.
