At apple I deal with a high volume of guests, I assist these guest in whatever concerns, questions, and future purchases they may have in person and over the phone. Whether I'm troubleshooting or selling I treat each person, couple or family as a new individual I can relate with on some platform. Eight months in to working with apple I got the opportunity to be a "Mentor", a mentors responsibilities include being a great example for your team, being someone your team members can use as a resource in their interactions with our guests, and training new hires for the entire east bay market. Apple has changed my look on the retail experience it is changed how I act and what I expect as a internal and external customer.
At Aveda Institute I am responsible for the Internal and External customers, being our student, our guests that the students work with, our future students and our entire staff. I deliver a high level of customer service in our call center and in our institute. On a normal day I will handle problem solving, appointments, inventory, financial admission assistance, maintaining visuals, opening and closing the Store/Institute, incoming calls, returns/exchanges, training, customer product concerns and questions and upkeep of the store.

At Niketown I started off as a seasonal cashier. After the season was up they decided to keep me as a permanent cashier on the main floor. As a cashier I processed Sales,returns and exchanges. On my downtime I folded all our t-shirt to visual standards and steamed the hanging clothes. After a year I started working on the sales floor and stock room. After all this became routine I started working closely with the visual team. I did all the visual overnight shifts and helped put together many visual displays.
ICR is an organization designed to assist developmentally disabled people to go about their life living independently. At ICR I was a community support assistant.Taking care of all the needs of the consumer, some being :
* Preparing Food and assisting feeding and clothing the client
* Assisting with errands and other personal tasks
* Maintaing the up keep of the clients house
Also during this job I was Seizure and First Aid Trained,
Always keeping in mind the consumers condition and help them make wise everyday choices
There for the consumer incase of a medical emergency.
Recognizing that each consumer has unique needs and desires.
Provide creativity, support, passion and big ideas for an iconic marketing and communication software with a strong personality through a client relations and technical support role
-Work closely with office managers and small business owners from verticals including Lifestyle, Dental, Medical, Salons, Auto, Opthalmology, and Chiropractic
-Diagnose and troubleshoot any glitch or bugs pertaining to the product, while providing work around resolutions for clients
-Submit technical trouble tickets, client feedback and feature requests pertaining to the product, to better improve client experience
-Effectively communicate with clients of any new features and complete account optimization pertaining to their account specifically
-Ability to quickly provide clear support while building client trust and loyalty with our product to ensure that we are of great assistance to their long-term business goals either that being growing revenue, retaining clients, maintaining online reputation and managing their operations more efficiently
