Provide pertinent day to day analytical, administrative, and technical support to the Field Operations Manager, Supervisors, and Safety Lead including special projects; department of 74.
Maintain open communications throughout Field Operations, including American Water Corporate Office, Vendors, and Customers.
Manage the contract relationship between Restoration Contractor with Capital and Operating Expenses: a yearly budget of $555,000.00
Support Leadership with Capital and Operating Budgeting Process Efficiency for Field Operations.
Manage tasks such as processing payroll for seventy employees, analytical reports, processing procurement requests, as well as process Pcards for sixty employees.
Assist with SAP-New System Integration as well as being the liaison between Customers and Shared Services.
Work closely with local and corporate Human Resources in maintaining accurate employee records, maintain the Union Job Bidding awarding and tracking for Field Operations.
Assist in all major activities and committees at KAW: Capital Project - Building of new Operations Facility, Company Meetings, Open Houses, Safety Committees, Corporate Giving Committee, Health & Safety Day, Training Days.
LEARN Coordinator for Kentucky American Water, assisting in scheduling training sessions, managing course participation, including collaborating with instructors, providing reports, and being a liaison between the state and the corporate Learning and Development team.
Health Solutions Champion for Kentucky American Water, coordination of all corporate and local events, 79 percent increase in engagement in 2015 ranking 2nd in American Water.
Kronos Project team representative for Kentucky American Water, assisting Human Resource Business Partner with union and non-union contact information, fulfilling data request, and being a liaison with the Kronos team and Kentucky Leadership team.
