Managing global team of 40+ software professionals as Service Delivery Manager in the area of Web, Content, Identity and Access management (IAM), Risk, Authentication and Data Services to deliver efficient and cost effective solutions for Visa Online (VOL), Verified by Visa (VbV), Visa Information Management (VIM) , Integrated Common Environment (ICE), Debit Processing and Revenue Systems
•Guiding team in various technical activities such as; Integrate new applications with SiteMinder security solutions, setting up APS and active policy configuration, setting up federation agreement with affiliates and business partners (SAML1.1 & 2.0),
•Integrate applications on VOL portal with SiteMinder to provide authentication and coarse-grained authorization as well as Single Sign-On, setting up federation agreements on intranet and extranet platforms.
•Setting up Siteminder Policy Server/Agent configurations: Authentication schemes, Realms, Rules, Responses, Policies, and User stores including Light-Weight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) and SQL DB, Advanced Password services (APS) for change password and forgot password services.
•Configure reverse proxy servers protected by Siteminder web agent to provide additional level of security.
•Updating Oracle Enterprise Directory schema, attributes, Indexes. Setting up ACI/ACL/replication rules, write scripts to generate LDIF files for bulk updates to be performed on LDAP.
•Managing user profiles, roles and services using in-house application Visa Enrollment Manager (VEM) as identity administration tool.
