Supervise a group of ten to fifteen employees. Make decisions based on data from real-time operation analysis. Use various software to make changes that affect the entire fracturing process. Drive a diesel truck with total capacity in excess of three tons to various job locations. Conduct pre-job and post-job inspections and testing. Observe equipment gauges, indicators and hand signals. Rig up high pressure iron and test for pressure seal. Manage flow and transfer of water, chemicals, and proppant using various computer applications. Operate high pressure pumps, blender unit, and hydration unit. Conduct pump-down sequence for wireline and perforation of well. Accurately complete and turn in required paperwork associated with job duties. Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and adjust equipment, often using hand tools. All while wearing proper safety equipment.
