1. Direct Marketing Campaign Management
Provide controls to ensure that every campaign is productive and profitable. Exploring possibilities of acquiring various customer base for direct marketing campaigns, both financial and non-financial industry. Plan, set up, launch and monitor campaigns for Insurance offering. Involve in any activities related to direct marketing campaigns, such as: product development process, script development, marketing plan, etc. Build and maintain productive business relationship with the business partners
2. System Management
Managing infrastructure and system being used by Outbound Telemarketing team. Maintain, develop and expanding telemarketing system in order to cope with the latest sales & marketing strategy.
3. Cross Sell Activities for Tele Direct
Develop, monitor and maintaining the newly established channel which focuses on expanding product portfolio of the existing policyholders.
4. Customer & Community Gathering
Managing events in order to strengthen relationship with customers and broaden brand awareness.
