❖Updating all user contact information in various regions to match current information to ensure proper contact from the customer service representative.
❖ Testing the transaction workflow for user ability and bugs, to ensure quality for clients and the customer service representatives.
❖Creating test packets for the Quality Assurance team to test for further errors in the system in order to terminate and reprogram.
