Controlled the Houston radio with a total of 25 techs. Called customers for techs to confirm appointment time frame. Assisted techs when they need equipment from other techs nearby. Answered phones for customer service. Notated accounts when customers were not home. Changed jobs around if techs were running late. Worked with fsm to assure completing of route for the day. Also contacted contractors to sub out work that dish would not handle.
