Learning Program Manager

Currently attending the Aptara Learning Consultant/Manager course.
Managed the implementation of a new, internal sales-hire training program within a proscribed, deadline-driven time frame of 3 months for John Hancock Investments.
Analyzed the former program, industry and audience through observation, interviews and research of older materials. Based on this research, developed a project plan and timeline. Then, in partnership with an instructional designer, am overseeing the development of a new blended learning program that includes:
- E/m-learning modules, instructor classroom guides, quick reference guides
- Gamification with the purposes of team building and knowledge reinforcement
- Direction for program deployment via multiple learning systems
- Direction for re-designed, maximized classroom environment.
The materials produced are adaptable to future program needs and capture previously undocumented knowledge areas.
