I assist educational professionals and parents in assessing student behavior and planning interventions for students PreK-12 grade with behavioral challenges. As the lead CPI trainer for the district, I help plan nonviolent physical crisis intervention trainings and coordinate dates, locations, and trainers. In addition I act as a trainer. I also provide professional development in the areas of challenging behaviors, de-escalation strategies in the classroom, and Olweus (anti-bullying) training for staff.
