Assist with assuring new personnel are effectively trained by following up with training material, trainer and by maintaining development of seasonal staff through coaching each shift..
Inspect restaurant daily to in ensure maintenance, safety, sanitation guidelines are met.
Monitor employee dress code and hold them to dress code guidelines daily.
Complete at least 5 staff reviews weekly to ensure quality of service and development, and growth of individual service techniques based on Pappas standards.
Utilize Hotschedules (online) to effectively maintain 10- 16 hostess and 22-35 busser support staff schedules weekly.
Effectively utilize Posi computer system daily for reference function, payment and food ordering.
Maintain uniform inventory by assessing trends in usage and ordering it weekly.
Fulfill any front of house role as needed daily, assist host stand, serving staff, bar staff as well as busser staff with shift duties to ensure time targets are met and overall execution of services surpass guest expectations.
Interact daily with minimum of 10-30 guests hourly to ensure quality of service as well as customer resolution in extreme high volume restaurant setting.
