- Facilitates marketing operations for various projects including the Staff@Work Survey, Customer Satisfaction Survey and Student Satisfaction Survey
- Creates marketing campaigns with techniques to specifically attract a diverse target market of faculty, staff and students
- Successfully raised the participation rate for the Student Satisfaction Survey to 20% of the undergraduate and graduate student population, which is the highest it has been in 8 years
- Compiles marketing plans for future reference through recording every detail of past marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Writes and edits copy for letters, emails and marketing materials that are distributed campus-wide
- Currently redesigning the department's webpages using the Blink CMS, which incorporates a WYSIWYG editor
- Works with a team of high-level directors, business analysts, fellow interns and more to ensure their visions are being effectively communicated in the promotion of their projects
