Weekly marketing strategy meetings, psychotropic review for medication reduction based on pharmacy recommendations. Monthly Quality Assurance Process Initiative to track trends analyzes management reports and process improvements.
•Communicates all updates including new admissions with front line staff, room readiness, patient dignity, and the importance of exceptional care. Reinforce the importance of listening to customers and meeting their needs on a daily basis.
