Exec Asst to CEO and CFO

As Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO of one of the country’s top ten homebuilders, my role is diverse. My primary responsibilities include management of executives’ calendars including travel, meetings, conference calls, etc. I am also responsible for Board Relations which includes working closely with our VP and General Counsel/Board Secretary on coordination of meetings and logistics, as well as working with our CEO and CFO on board materials, financials and presentations. My responsibilities also include customer support to our division offices when customer satisfaction reaches the Corporate/President’s office requiring me to assist our division to come to an amicable resolution with a potential homebuyer or current homeowner. My duties also include coordination of our monthly leadership meetings, our bi-annual Division Presidents meeting, and our organization’s annual team event surrounding support for Special Olympics of Northern California (SONC). Other miscellaneous duties include screening calls, expense reports, general administrative and clerical assignments (ie, filing, photocopying, scanning, etc). I have also assisted in the coordination of our organization’s annual Land Conference, Finance Conference, and Construction Conference in helping to negotiate and finalize hotel contracts, logistics, a/v requirements, outside speaker contracts, etc.
