David and his DJ team have performed at a myriad of events region-wide, including weddings, corporate events and functions, bar and bat mitzvoht, birthdays, graduations, and other special occasions.

David participated in the Innovation Advancement Legal Clinic (IALC), managing multiple client interactions and projects for start-up companies. David, along with his team of IALC colleagues and under the supervision of a practicing corporate transactional attorney, drafted several legal documents, including waivers of liability, trademark analysis memoranda, software development agreements, non-disclosure agreements, intellectual property assignments, and general legal issue spotting memoranda.
The Innovation Advancement Program (IAP), which incorporates the IALC, is an innovative program at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law that pairs inventors, technology entrepreneurs, tech transfer professionals, and emerging technology companies with some of ASU’s brightest students in law, business, engineering, and the sciences. Multi-disciplinary student teams can undertake a wide array of legal and business planning services that help early stage ventures solidify their legal and business foundations, avoiding many of the mistakes and pitfalls often made when moving technology into the marketplace.
David participated in the Innovation Advancement Consultation Clinic (IAC), a division of the Innovation Advancement Program (IAP), serving emerging technological companies in consultation services. Along with colleagues from the W.P. Carey School of Business' Master of Accounting program, David worked directly with clients, providing market analysis, competitive overview, and financial background information to start-up companies seeking additional direction in growth and development.

David served during his 3L year as the President of Sun Devil SELSA at Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. As President, David oversaw all aspects of the organization, including leading a team in organizing the Fourth Annual Conference on Sports & Entertainment Law at ASU, as well as building Sun Devil SELSA as a law school organization with a wider breadth nationally and across all aspects of social media.
The Fourth Annual Conference on Sports & Entertainment Law took place at Arizona State University on November 9, 2013, with a keynote address from Major League Baseball Commissioner Allan H. (Bud) Selig.

David for two years as an Articles and Associate Editor for the Jurimetrics Journal of Law, Science, and Technology, where he engaged in pre-publication direct line-edits, peer review referee organization, and Bluebook cite-checking review.
David completed a comment article with Professor and Faculty Fellow Laurence H. Winer discussing students' First Amendment rights of free speech historically and how social media and other electronic expression might impact a school administration's ability to sanction them. David volunteered in the compliance office for Sun Devil Athletics at Arizona State University, where he helped with research regarding practice hours and countable athletically related activity (CARA) enforcement, as well as general financial aid and athletics compliance tasks.
David served as an intern for the Arizona Diamondbacks legal department. He performed a variety of drafting and research projects relating to in-house counsel demands, including intellectual property licensing and protection, legislative changes and concerns, venue safety, disability accommodations, promotions and sweepstakes, employee legal guidance, suite licensing, sponsorship and endorsement agreements, employment concerns, contract drafting, and contact breach remedy.
David served as an extern for the Arizona State University General Counsel for the summer of 2013. His responsibilities include reviewing and drafting documents and agreements relating to many of the University's in-house needs.
Some of the areas David focused on during his externship include foundation and nonprofit donation, university policies and procedures, student discipline, advertising and sponsorship, Sun Devil Athletics, university sovereignty, social media policy, study abroad safety concerns, athletic coaching contracts, admission policies and affirmative action, and contract breach remedy.
David previously served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge John Rea in the civil division of the Maricopa County Superior Court. David worked closely with the entire court staff and performed a myriad of duties including drafting memoranda, researching pleadings, and helping with the trial management, planning, and execution phases.
The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University hosted the Third Annual Conference on Sports and Entertainment Law on October 27, 2012. Speakers and Panelists from all over the country presented and discussed the most critical issues in the fields of Sports and Entertainment Law. Former Phoenix Suns Owner Jerry Colangelo and prominent sports attorney Jared Bartie (Arent Fox, NY Office) delivered Joint Keynote Addresses.
With the help of an incredible executive board, David organized and executed an extremely successful conference, which saw the largest attendance the conference has welcomed yet. Attorney CLE credit was offered at five general units and one ethics unit.
Panels included Amteurism, the Business of Sports & Entertainment, Collective Bargaining Agreements, Concussions & Sports Litigation, Entertainment & Right of Publicity, the Future of Gambling & Gaming, and a tremendous Ethics Presentation from Steven Adelman.

David completed legal research concerning trademark infringement, unfair competition, and subsequent appropriate damages.
David Performed legal research, briefed cases, and summarized legal doctrine relating to contractual disputes and proper damages for attorney Ralph Nelson III.
David is a former multi-store Branch Manager. While managing in Fountain Hills, David successfully initiated multiple programs to motivate sales success while maintaining customer needs as top priority. David's branch ranked first in Arizona of 251 stores for combined sales and customer service in two consecutive quarters. He also has achieved a myriad of awards for sales, leadership and customer solutions and established Platinum Level of Excellence in sales and service consistently.

David provided executive transportation and security for high profile National Football League VIP clients during Super Bowl week in Arizona.
David lead the customer service department associated with several bankruptcy lawyers, aiding in all methods of service including de-escalation, clientele remedy, and appointment scheduling.
