Squadron Superintendent of the 55th Intelligence Support Squadron (ISS), 55th Operations Group (OG), 55th Wing at Offutt Air Force Base Nebraska. He supports combatant commanders with focused cryptologic intelligence through worldwide airborne combat, contingency and exercise ISR operations support utilizing the RC-135V/W/U/S RIVET JOINT, COMBAT SENT and CORBA BALL. He directly supports HQ USAF, ACC, AF ISR Agency and other national-level agencies with technical and operational electronic intelligence processing, advanced signals research and development while managing compliance with United States Signals Intelligence and other intelligence directives.

He advises the squadron commander for all matters relating to the training, operations, health, morale, welfare, discipline, effective utilization and career progression of 263 assigned enlisted members spanning 26 different AF specialties in operations, intelligence, maintenance and communications. He is also a career enlisted aviator and holds a current qualification in the RC-135V/W RIVET JOINT platform.

He is responsible to the squadron commander for all matters relating to the training, operations, readiness, effective utilization and career progression of 65 assigned personnel and 200 students annually. He oversees ECG instructors and $2.2 billion aircraft and $24 million in mission simulator resources. He provides subject matter expertise for the development and modifications of all training courseware for 22 ACC driven syllabi. He ensures the commanders’ policies are understood and followed, while elevating significant problems, concerns and training issues to appropriate levels.

He is responsible to the director of operations and squadron commander for all matters relating to the operations, readiness, effective utilization and career progression of 150 assigned and attached members. He ensures the director of operations and commanders’ policies are understood and followed, while elevating significant problems, concerns and training issues to appropriate levels.

Monitors deployment availability of 2,700 ACC Intel personnel assigned at 25 wings & 38 other organizations. Validates Intel deployment requirements and assigns available MAJCOM manpower resources to theater needs. Facilitates the deployment process through coordination with AFPC, HAF/A2, AFCENT, and ACC units. ACC/A2R advisor for stabilized tours/Airborne Intel assigned/manpower prioritization for seven Intel AFSCs.
