Developed research project on creating a new team-based selection model in a post-M&A financial services organization in Korea that benefited branch financial performance by 3%. This work focused on using a data-driven approach where we matched the selection models in the organization against local branch's organizational design to the determine the optimal link between the two.
I planned, executed and documented research on using employee stock ownership plans in manufacturing organizations. Our analysis led to recommendations that can reduce turnover by 12% and determining the optimal combinations of benefits packages to minimize turnover and maximize employee productivity. My project resulted in a keynote conference presentation in Belgium.
I developed and led a cross-cultural negotiations course for 120 MBA students 3x/week to address challenges of Western/non-Western negotiation paradigms. A key factor in this project was used an evidence-based approach to link the recommendations I provided to students with data-driven insights.
