As Director of Content Marketing, I established and led the agency’s in-house digital content marketing practice – including initial staffing, process development and implementation, internal education, practice integration, quality assurance and best practice counseling. Responsibilities included:
- Collaborating with key agency leadership to manage a cross-disciplined content production team, composed of writers, editors, designers, artists and programmers to produce positive user experiences facilitated by rich, value-added content.
- Leading the development and execution of content-driven marketing strategies and programs for clients in a variety of categories – including retail, CPG, healthcare and B2B/logistics.
- Serving as expert counsel and providing subject matter expertise on emerging content marketing and social media trends, technologies and best practices.
- Providing strategically focused research and analysis of trends and competitive activity to enhance knowledge of issues impacting the industry climate among clients and agency leadership.
