RNR Patient Transfer Service
June 2012 — March 2013
As a medical attendant it was my job to ensure patient safety while in my care. I was responsible for driving the ambulance in a safe and professional manner, and creating a pleasant environment for the patient. Also while in the back of the truck I had to keep track and perform vitals checks on the patient, and make sure they were physically stable and comfortable during the transport. We took many types of patients, from infants all the way up to seniors suffering from many different health problems as well as psychiatric patients. I was also a crew trainer with this company. As trainer it was up to me with the help of our supervisor to get new attendants familiar with the job. Also to ensure RNR standards and manga nets expectations were met.
