As a Technical Recruiter, I am responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and placing high level technical and digital talent, for contract and permanent opportunities with Mondo clients.
Other responsibilities include:
· Developing recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates
· Working alongside Recruiting and Sales Management to understand client requirements
· Negotiating compensation and other terms of employment with candidates
· Working well within a fast-paced dynamic environment with a high sense of urgency
