Provide daily support to the Project Manager(s) and work with the Project Team(s) to assist in the design, estimates, and schedules. Manage contract contract changes, field orders, site instructions, correspondence, etc.. Monitor Timberline costs and assist Project Managers with monthly fee projections. General office management including managing inventory levels, assisting in the on-boarding of new employees, and coordinating and overseeing office maintenance.
-"Jack of all trades" in supporting the Project Teams and general office management.
