Executive Assistant tasks involve management of CEO's email, calendar, and mail. Responsible for booking all business travel, scheduling conference calls, creation of invoices, expense reports, and maintenance of Quickbooks accounting program including preparation of tax documents to be sent to Accountant. Also handled basic office management duties, and the conversion of The Krinsky Company from sole proprietorship to Limited Liability Corporation.
Personal Assistant tasks include basic household errands, coordination of maintenance professionals, vehicle maintenance, pet care, and transportation of CEO's son to after-school engagements when needed. Assisted in the purchase process of family's second home, including mortgage application and attorney correspondence.
