My responsibilities at Cintas include:

Serving my customers to meet and exceed their first aid and safety supply needs. To do this, I drive each day to a different town in my territory to clean, inspect, and replenish their first aid cabinets, help them maintain the proper safety items necessary to keep employees safe on the job, and provide any other assistance with OSHA compliance.

Building and maintaining strong relationships has been key to my success in quadrupling the sales volume on my route over the past five years. Making sure the employees of my customers have what they need to stay safe and productive at work is of utmost importance to me. I strive to be a resource for my contacts, and they know they can count on me to provide top notch service and products. I love my customers, and they're always happy to see me each month!

Credit Coordinator/Special Order Sales Coordinator

At Lowe's I was responsible for the effective management of commercial builder and contractor account services; administrative functions of corporate credit programs and policies and procedures; the approval, maintenance, and collections of all store accounts receivables, returned checks and credit cards. I was also responsible for follow up on special order sales; researched related reports to identify and recover all potential margin losses. As well as greeted and acknowledged all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provided quick and responsive customer service.

Over the course of my years with Gap and Old Navy, I held several positions. I started as an Assistant Manager and was promoted to Store Manager of a Gap/Gap Kids location. I then transferred to a new Old Navy store and held both Operations and Merchandise Manager positions. Responsibilities included managing and leading all activities related to retail sales management, such as improved profitability; process and productivity standards; expense controls; maximizing gross margin. All aspects of hiring, training, and development of sales associates. Payroll and scheduling. Cash wrap controls and loss prevention measures. Shipment receiving, and merchandising. Leading a team of 65 to 120 sales associates, depending on the time of year.
