Same duties and responsibilities as Employment Coordinator as well as act as a business partner to one of CTDI's 5 divisions. I manage all human resource needs for the division and am responsible for escalating issues when necessary.

Employment Coordinator
 Managed large scale recruitment projects which included high volume onboarding, process development and implementation, policy development and implementation and divisional program development
 Worked full cycle of employment from requisition to onboarding utilizing both a manual process as well as an ATS system (Silk Road).
 Responsible for coordination of employment including developing job descriptions for open positions, filtering resumes based on qualifications, pre-screening and interviewing candidates, developing and making offers.
Human Resource Coordinator
 Organized and ran new employee orientation for both local and nationwide new hires.
 Coordination and processing of all new-hire paperwork.
 Offered support to the payroll department and aided in running weekly reports using UltiPro Ultimate Software.
 Processed incentives for employees who were eligible to participate in a monthly incentive plan
Employment Assistant
 Assist the employment team in overall administrative duties which included reference checks, scheduling interviews
 Managed confidential employee records
 Pre-screened candidates.
 Managed the pre-employment process which included using an online input site for conducting criminal backgrounds, collection and review of non-compete agreement, and collection and compliance of Form I9.
 Utilized Kronos Time and Attendance system (5.0) to manage and track time for employees and temporary associates.
 Created new profiles in Kronos Time and Attendance for all local incoming temporary associates.
 Ensured timely processing and submission of temporary associate time card to their respective staffing service.
