~Develop and maintain online content that attracts attention, generates interest, and is easily shared on social networks
~Tracks performance of various social media initiatives and develop/implement changes to improve business results
~Research and stay up to date on all social media trends, platforms, vendors
~Use knowledge of the social media ecosystem to improve client relationships
