- Developed small business banking strategy to deliver retail and small business functionality on a single platform, which drove the closure of sales with >10M annual contract value. Presented and sold strategy to FI executives.
- Led a cross-functional team of 20+ engineers, architects, designers, marketers, program managers, and support analysts to develop entitlements/multi-user access product. Managed pilot and go-to-market strategy through the launch.
- Drove the development of product vision and technology strategy to deliver branding flexibility on IFS’s digital banking platform. Coached Associate PM leading pilot of this functionality.
- Given added responsibility for IFS’s technology platform and core online banking applications, reaching 11M end users and 1,000 financial institutions. Managed roadmap priorities, user research, requirements, and resourcing.
