Data entry for customer ticket itinerary information, inform customers with any changes in their flights. Talk with customers that have any discrepancies or unpleased with customer services with flight and/or airline. Handle customer's belongings and luggage. Check in customers for flights and baggage. Educate customers about the airport and the best way to get around terminals as well as the cities of Dallas and Fort Worth. Provide customer service at its highest to ensure that I have made a repeating customer and that their needs have been met.
