▪ Assist project managers with tracking labor forecasts
▪ Help prepare and manage staffing grids – detailed lists of who is working on each project and forecasted hours for each person by month
▪ Audit Project Plan Documents (PPD) vs. standard to ensure implementation PMs have workable projects
▪ Assist project managers with tracking actual hours, ensuring time is entered to correct project codes
▪ Distribute labor costs over time based on staffing grids
▪ Serve as the collection point and tracking liaison for customer acceptance forms to document completions, manage CSAT scores and leverage consolidated lessons-learned
▪ Requests/setup project activity ids as required
▪ Identifying which roles are needed for each project, coordinating with tower leads to determine resource availability, and notifications to team member, PM, and tower lead of commitment
▪ Check for required documentation including authorization to start, charter, PPD, requirements, status reports, schedule
▪ Responsible for status reports, minutes, etc.
▪ Analyze weekly labor reports and reporting a) time not charged, b) time mischarged, c) time that should be billable, d) non-account based time, and e) core vs. project time
▪ Check project schedules to be sure they meet required criteria: base-lined, resource-loaded, dependencies
▪ Conduct and direct application review as required
