Coordinate global licensing activities, manage and correspond to all licensing inquiries.
Initiate, process and execute annual licensing program renewals.
Respond to and process new license applications.
Maintain licensee database in MS Access.
Follow up and make first contact with brands/retailers regarding the Supima Trademark usage.
Responsible for managing sample inventory and product submissions.
Provide office support to management with regards to preparation for trade shows, presentations and meetings.
Answer phones and receive packages/mail.
