Yoga is more than physical postures. It's a mirror into your inner world, a tool for growth, a support system during tough times. The practice has been there for me during thick and thin, its a cornerstone in my life. I teach so I can share the practice and support others through their own journey.
My group classes are grounding, challenging and nurturing. All private sessions are tailored to the individual.
