Draft high quality site visit reports detailing SDVOSB or VOSB compliance or non-compliance with Cost of Labor Requirements per governing regulation(s) with quick turnaround in order for VA Acquisition, Logistics, Risk Management, and Compliance Team to make evaluation of Limitations of Subcontractor Review.
