Duties & Responsibilities:
Undertaking the administration and coordination required to ensure stakeholder (Teaching Schools and Affiliate Hub Partners) satisfaction regarding planned delivery of partner provision across all training programmes.
• Create and manage relationships with identified individuals across BPN’s school partnerships
• Support stakeholder understanding and implementation of BPN’s school-led strategy
• Ensure stakeholder enquiries are acknowledged and dealt with in a timely manner
• Collaborate with Admissions Coordinator and Events Manager to determine candidate groupings, facilitators, and school venues.
• Allocate and manage school placements for candidates undertaking the National Professional Qualification for Headship through liaising with individuals, schools, and programme leader.
• Produce reports relating to performance, engagement, and impact of delivery for stakeholders.
• Support other functions of the School Leadership and Professional Development Team when workload and priorities demand.
