Create and design web content in collaboration with Digital Content Team. Coordinate promotional calendar for library website homepage. Create graphics for library website homepage and social media. Monitor and maintain established social media outlets and look for new opportunities to connect with users online. Respond to inquiries on social media. Make recommendations and implement approved strategies and concepts to drive growth. Monitor trends in both existing and emerging social media communities. Attend select events to promote and share on social media. Coordinate with Public Relations Administrator to leverage social media in targeted marketing efforts.
