Lead a marketing team whose number one priority is to maintain desired occupancy levels; this includes lead generating, lead working, tracking and follow up. Develop, implement and evaluate plans to insure successful marketing of vacant accommodations to maintain a satisfactory level of occupancy. Staff representative on the Board of Directors’ Strategic Planning, Planning and Governance and Facilities and Programs committees. Develop and execute advertising and direct mail campaigns to increase community’s presence in primary market area and outside market area.

• Negotiated partnership with a luxury Adult Day Program to provide services for our residents.
